Ambulance Weapon Exception for Law Enforcement Officers or Firefighters

This bill states that the North Carolina Medical Care Commission shall not establish rules that prohibit the carrying of weapons aboard ambulances or EMS non-transporting vehicles by duly appointed law enforcement officers or firefighters.

This bill has been referred to the House Judiciary I Committee.
