Bill Summary

This bill makes a number of regulatory changes to a variety of areas.

Section 1

This bill would increase the amount that public employees could benefit from public contracts. This section would increase the amount of contracting for medically related services from a maximum of $40,000 to $60,000 within a 12 month period.

Section 4

This section would direct the Program Evaluation Division to study online continuing education for licensure under the occupational licensing board’s laws  and regulations.

All occupational licensing boards would be required to submit their online continuing education programming information to the Program Evaluation Division.
