Mercury in Food as a Human Health Hazard

RESOLVED, That the North Carolina Medical Society supports continued testing of mercury content in fish and development of product warnings by appropriate agencies; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the North Carolina Medical Society supports patient and public education regarding excess consumption of fish high in mercury.
