Personal Protective Equipment Needs

Because NC manufacturers are re-tooling to make PPE, they need to know the volume of PPE our members need. Once the order request below is completed and a minimum production threshold has been met, the NCMS will work with NCMEP to secure a manufacturer and/or distributor for products. Once a match has been made, the NCMS will email you with details of the materials being ordered, including photos of the products, a price per unit (including any applicable volume discounts) and a link to purchase. Completing the order request below does not obligate you to purchase.

ORDERING GUIDELINES:

  • So that we can ensure manufacturing capacity for all who need PPE, please consider your actual practice needs when completing the survey and when placing your order. As a general guideline, we recommend a PPE order sufficient to last 60 days.
  • PPE is offered to physicians only. You will be asked to provide identifying information when placing an order. At pick up, please be prepared to provide your driver’s license and if necessary, verification of your relationship to the purchaser. Any purchase that cannot be verified may be rejected and the PPE withheld.
  • All orders will be picked up in a centralized North Carolina location. You will be notified of the exact location as soon as delivery of the product has been confirmed. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Only credit card payments are accepted. Refunds will be considered only if products do not ship.
