2019 Palliative Care Bootcamp, March 28-29, Lake Junaluska Conference & Retreat Center. This interactive boot camp will not only give health care providers best practice tools needed to build and/or sustain a successful community-based palliative care program, but will allow participants to begin the process for evaluating their unique program needs and serves as a stepping stone to accelerate the work in their organizations. Showcase your work at the American Conference on Physician Health (ACPH)! The conference, which is being hosted by the American Medical Association, Mayo Clinic and Stanford University School of Medicine, is being held Sept, 19-21, at the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel/Le Meridien in Charlotte, NC. Authors are invited to submit abstracts for consideration as part of the 2019 ACPH. Submissions will be accepted until March 29, and may be in one of two categories – research, submitted as either a poster or oral presentation; or workshop, submitted as an interactive session.
