HB 760 – Child Protection Accountability Act

This bill would appropriate $100,000 for the 2017-2018 fiscal year from the General Fund to the NC Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Social Services. These funds would be used to support the Division in its effort to continue to transform the child welfare system.
This bill has been referred to the House Appropriations Committee.
