2020 Annual Meeting

April 3-5 @ Kiawah Island Golf Resort, Kiawah Island, SC

The 2020 Annual Meeting will be held over the weekend of April 3-5 at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort in Kiawah Island, SC. The family-friendly Kiawah Island Golf Resort is located just 21 miles from historic Charleston, SC.

Attendees and their families may be interested in participating in the Cooper River Bridge Run, a 10k race across the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge from Mt. Pleasant to Charleston, on Saturday, April 4. The race also features 190 expo booths – one of the largest Health & Wellness expos in the US. “It’s not just a race. It’s an experience.” The timing of the run will not conflict with our educational program as we are planning to begin the Saturday sessions after lunch.

Accommodations: The NC Ob/Gyn Society has reserved villa accommodations, which include full kitchens and screened-in porches. Rates for one-bedroom scenic view villas are $205 ($225 for two-bedroom villas) plus 9% resort fee and 13% taxes per night. The resort fee covers on-demand, on-island transportation, and access to the villa fitness room and two villa resort pools. A limited number of three-bedroom villas are also being made available to our group based on availability. To reserve your accommodations, please call the resort at (800) 654-2924.

Exhibiting Opportunities: Please help ensure a successful meeting by sharing the Exhibitor Prospectus with the product and service representatives who call on your practice.
