An Election In Which You’ll Enjoy Voting For the Candidates

Yes, the November elections are just around the corner, but before you cast your ballot for POTUS, the polls will open for North Carolina Medical Society (NCMS) officers and representatives in just over a week. You will receive your ballot by email (please contact us at if you need a paper ballot), so be sure to add Survey and Ballot Systems to your email contacts list. This is the third-party vendor that will be conducting the election. Around Sept. 1, begin watching your email and spam filters for a message from “North Carolina Medical Society Election Coordinator”. This will be your formal ballot.

All NCMS members are eligible to vote for your society’s leaders. Voting will close on Thursday, Sept. 15 at midnight, and election results will be announced at the Annual Business meeting on Saturday, Sept. 17, between 2:45 to 5 p.m. at the Grandover Hotel in Greensboro. Register for the Annual Business meeting as well as the M3 conference educational sessions here.
