Bill Summary

This bill would establish the Unfunded Liability Solvency Reserve. This bill would require a transfer to the Unfunded Liability Solvency Reserve of up to 15 percent of the succeeding fiscal year’s estimated growth in state tax revenues if the Savings Reserve is at or above the recommended Savings Reserve balance.
