Twenty-seven US Senators have called for changes in the CMS’ proposed rule on “meaningful use” of electronic health records (EHR). The bipartisan group sent a letter to CMS Administrator Charlene Frizzera seeking a more gradual implementation of the rule, as well as relaxing or changing other EHR mandates.
