President Obama Health Reform Speech

President has no interest in putting ins commpanies out of business. He wants to hold them accountable. The reforms he mentioned will do that, but additional step is to make a public option available in the Exchange. Only for those with no insurance. CBO estimates fewer than 5 pct of people would use it. No public subsidy of the public option, which will provide for fair competition with private companies.

Does not want to put insurance out of business?
    1. No exclusions for pre-existing conditions.
    2. No maximum coverage limits.
    3. No reductions or stopping of coverage.
    4. Limits on out-of-pocket costs.

What company can provide an affordable policy with these constraints?
