Denise Dong is a Pharm.D student, class of 2013, at the University of North Carolina, Eshelman School of Pharmacy. She is conducting a research survey to assess what resources influence prescribing among geriatric patients. Through this research she hopes to gain a better understanding of how to improve safety of medication-use in geriatric patients. The survey below will help her in her research. All information is confidential and responses will only be available to the primary investigators; survey results will not report specific information about the individual or the institution.
