PAI Offers Medicare Red Tape Relief Recommendations

The Physician’s Advocacy Institute (PAI), of which North Carolina Medical Society (NCMS) CEO Robert W. Seligson is president, sent 24 recommendations to the United States House Ways and Means Committee in response to its Medicare Red Tape Relief Project. The recommendations offer ways to alleviate regulatory burdens faced by physician practices and cover many but not all of the regulatory challenges physicians face.
