NCMS Sections

Resident/Fellow Section (RFS)

The Resident/Fellow Section of the NCMS was created to assist young physicians in training and to help guide their career to its most successful beginning.

Currently, the NCMS and the Durham-Orange County Medical Society (DOCMS) are piloting a program that offers free Medical Society memberships to residency programs in the DOCMS region. Current residency programs that are taking advantage of this offer are

  • DUMC-Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program
  • Duke University Hospital Pediatrics Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program
  • Duke University Hospital Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship Program
  • Duke University Hospital Child Neurology Residency Program
