HB 701 – Occupational Licensing Injunctive Relief

This bill would provide for the ability of Occupational Licensing Boards to obtain injunctive relief and to remove general authority for Occupational Licensing Boards to summarily suspend licenses.
This bill has been referred to the House Judiciary III Committee.
