Bill Summary

This bill would require all of the licensing board to have a unified format to report annual financial audits. The State Controller would be responsible for creating the formatting requirements.

The bill would require all licensing boards to operate on a fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending on June 30.

The bill would add audits as a requirement to annual reports and include sanctions for failure to report.

The bill would also require the State Auditor to conduct the audits.
