This bill would provide for regular eligibility monitoring for the Medicaid Program. This bill would require applicants for the food and nutrition benefits to cooperate with the Child Enforcement Program as a condition of the eligibility for the benefits. This bill would limit what an individual could be granted for the Supplemental Nutrition and Assistance Program (SNAP).
