Learning Opportunities Center

Understanding Human Factors to Improve Patient Safety is a workshop offered by the North Carolina Quality Center PSO, Tuesday, May 3, or Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at the North Carolina Hospital Center in Cary. Dr. Ron Shapiro, a certified human factors professional and consultant, will conduct the workshop and demonstrate how this knowledge can be transformed into patient safety improvements.
