ICD-10 Preparing Your Practice is a webinar offered by the NCMS Foundation and NC Medical Group Managers (NCMGM), Wednesday, September 14, 2011, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. Webinar speaker Sandy Dixon, CPC, will discuss steps practices should take in preparing for the conversion to ICD-10. She will review the key similarities and differences between ICD-9 and ICD-10 and the impact on physician documentation. NC Health Data Explorer: An Interactive Mapping Tool for Community Health Assessments is a webinar that will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2011, 10:00 am – 11:00 am, and hosted by the CareShare Health Alliance. The webinar will teach participants how to use the North Carolina Health Data Explorer, a new online tool developed by the Center for Health Services Research and Development at East Carolina University.
