This bill would allow reports received by the court on incapacity to be shared with treatment providers.

A proposed committee substitute was introduced in the Senate Health Care Committee on April 20, 2017. The proposed committee substitute received a favorable report.

This bill passed in the Senate on April 24, 2017. This bill will now move to the House.

House:

This bill was withdrawn from the House Rules and Operations Committee on June 13, 2017. This bill was re-referred to the House Judiciary I Committee on June 13, 2017.

A proposed committee substitute was passed in the House Judiciary I Committee on June 21, 2017.

This bill passed in the House on June 22, 2017.

This bill will now move to the Senate for concurrence.

Senate:

This Senate concurred with this bill on June 26, 2017.
