BCBSNC Addresses Blue e Issues

After experiencing intermittent issues since Monday, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) reported that it its Blue e Eligibility was back up at 1:30pm on Thursday, with other Blue e transactions (claim entry, claim status) back online as of 4:00 pm.

BCBSNC says the Blue e portal for DIMP/AIM portal most likely will not be back up until Monday. Please call AIM at 1-800-252-2021 for authorization of diagnostic imaging procedures. If you are unable to log on to Blue e, the instructions available at http://www.ncmedsoc.org/payor_issues/Blue%20e%20instructions.pdf should assist you in getting in to the application.
