Sen. Baucus Health System Reform Framework to be Presented

Sen. Max Baucus is presenting a new health reform framework (PDF) for consideration by the “Bipartisan Six” Finance Committee members who are attempting to develop a bipartisan health system reform bill was released.  The plan is to be discussed by the six members today.
