NCMS Leader Appointed to Second Term on NC Medical Care Commission

Governor Beverly Perdue has reappointed NCMS Past President C.K. Rust, II, MD, of Wilmington to the North Carolina Medical Care Commission.  The Commission oversees the N.C. Health Care Facilities Finance Act and develops regulations for health care facilities in the state.
