This bill would establish inactive licensure status, revise record retention requirements and increase fees under the Psychology Practice Act.

This version of the bill was heard in the House on May 11, 2017. This bill passed second reading with a vote of 109-3. The bill passed third reading, and will now move to the Senate.

This bill has been referred to the Senate Rules and Operations Committee on Mary 16, 2017.
